The article presents a speech by U.S. President Barack Obama, delivered in El Paso, Texas on May 10, 2011. President Obama spoke of a commencement address he delivered at Miami Dade community college which is one of the most diverse schools in the U.S. and cites how it defines the country as a nation of immigrants. He mentions the big contributions of immigrants to the country, citing as an example the designs of I. M. Pei. He cites some issues that make it difficult to reform the U.S. immigration system.
