ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "workplace bullying" is presented. It refers to persistent intimidation or harassment at work which demoralizes and humiliates a person or group. It is stated that there are no universally agreed definitions of what constitutes workplace bullying, as there are many kinds of bullying behaviors or tactics.
