ABSTRACT
A definition of the term "Four-H Club" is presented. It refers to the early years of the epidemic to high-risk populations. The term was applied in the early 1980s, before the AIDS nomenclature as well as the time when it was unsure as to how best to portray those individuals who are affected by the epidemic.
