ABSTRACT
This article summarizes the visit to Poland of the Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf and his wife, Queen Silvia, which took place May 4-6, 2011. The author traces the royal couple's visit as they toured locations in the Polish cities of Warsaw, Wrocław, and Świdnica. Among the stops were the Museum of Marie Curie-Skłodowska, the Presidential Palace, and the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw.
