ABSTRACT
The article offers information on a Caferer roundtable event which was held to discuss CRC Efficiency Scheme in London, England. The CRC Efficiency Scheme was aimed at reducing carbon emissions. Peter Ducker, chief executive of the carbon emission benchmarking company Carepar, said that the British government had failed to communicate effectively on the scheme. Ben Brakes, environment manager at Premier Inn owner Whitbread, agreed with Ducker and said that it could have been more active.
