Information about several papers discussed at a conference sponsored by the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) and the National Association of Public Child Welfare Administrators (NAPCWA) on health care reform held in March 2010 in the U.S. is presented. Topics include the health care, child welfare and the income assistance programs. The conference featured several government officials including Kathleen Sebelius.
