ABSTRACT
Information about the role of dialogue in the promotion of peace that was discussed at a conference held in Amman, Jordan on June 22-24, 2007 is presented. Palestine International Journal, Global Majority, and United Nations University-International Leadership Institute (UNU-ILI) participated in the conference. The keynote address was delivered by Johan Galtung, a professor in Norway, who posed a six-state Middle Eastern Community as the model for a solution.
