ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the need to stop HIV epidemic. Topics discussed include the use of condom for reducing the risk of transmission of HIV, the need to have condoms as the core element of messaging in order to get federal funding for any educational program and the need to develop sex education programming for transgender women and young queer men. Other topics discussed include the impact of HIV epidemic on LGBT community and treatment options available for HIV-positive persons.
