ABSTRACT
In this article, the authors discuss the donations to the charitable organization under Arizona Law, which serves the twin purpose of charity and deduction in the income tax credit. They further differentiate between the tax deduction and the tax credit. They also advice that the charitable organization for donation should be legalized and suggests that the smart way of donation is to utilize the Private and Public School Tax Credit.
