ABSTRACT
The author discusses aspects of the proposed addition of Keystone XL Pipeline on the Keystone Oil pipeline system established by TransCanada Corp. The author says that the proponents of the project believe on the ability of Keystone to reduce foreign oil dependency due to its utilization and transport of new fossil fuel source. He adds that Keystone XL will serve as the largest oil pipeline project in North America.
