Standing with every generation

Moline, Jack
March 2012
Washington Jewish Week;3/29/2012, Vol. 48 Issue 13, p23
The author contends that, in every generation, the Jewish people must leave Egypt behind and enter into relationship with something more than those who arise against them, thus enabling them to stand with every generation before them. The author cites continuous attempts to destroy the Jews, including terrorist attacks and assassination of Jews in relative isolation. The author also claims that the Haggadah continually challenges the Jews to see beyond what is possible by human hands alone.
