The supplies for the plant will be provided by Russia for which a meeting was held between Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Efimovich Fradkov and CII-Russia Committee chairman Shiv Vikram Khemka in New Delhi. Extensive power cuts are being faced by the residents of the area and the solution for the problem is expected to be the nuclear plant's energy generation mechanism.
