ABSTRACT
The article reports on a survey which highlighted the challenges in maintaining public appetite and momentum for investment in expensive green energy initiatives. The survey demonstrated a surprise dramatic fall in public concern over global warming and climate change, down from 71% in 2009 to only 62% in 2010. It concluded an increase in doubt over the veracity of anthropogenic climate change and a drop in public concern regarding global warming.
