An interview with Mike Mason, the founder of Climate Care, regarding the potential of carbon offsetting to finance sustainable, low-carbon development is presented. He explained that the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) allows industrialized countries to offset their own carbon emissions. He also mentioned about Voluntary Code of Best Practice for the voluntary offset market.
