ABSTRACT
An interview with the "Electric Light & Power" magazine's 2014 Utility Chief Executive Officer of the Year award winners Theodore F. Craver Jr. of Edison International and Joseph A. Isabella of Vineland Municipal Electric Utilities is presented. Craver and Isabella discuss how they became CEO at their companies. When asked about their most difficult utility decision, Craver refers to the 2013 decision to close the company's nuclear plant while Isabella refers to the decision about people.
