The article presents an interview with women library managers including Bridget Lamont, Sharon J. Rogers, and Judy Rule. Topics discussed include the ways in which things have changed for women library managers since 1985, ways in which library management has changed as more women became involved in it, and career advice the interviewees have for women library managers.
