ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's views on the U.S. federal policies adopted since 2008 to revive the economic slowdown experienced by the global financial crisis of 2008-2009. He says that the U.S. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the dollar 787bn delivery of capital for manufacturing and construction industries has not worked. He states that legislators cannot make the capital grow. He fears that the government's cash circulation may spur industrial activity, but cause inflation.
