ABSTRACT
The author looks at issues concerning subprime mortgage in the U.S. market in 2009. For the current system of economic stimulus programs in the U.S., the total value is estimated at $8 trillion. One measurement for the U.S. dollar exchange is that the statist spending is equal to the total gross national product in one year. Spending is expected to increase before the year ends. The author stresses that the next crisis will require real change.
