ABSTRACT
The author discusses the need for the Israel-Palestine peace negotiators to encourage individuals and non-governmental groups to support the peacemaking process. She believes that private people and non-government groups, such as the International Women's Commission (IWC) and OneVoice, are the grassroots of society, thus their role and advocacy should be recognized as an important supplement to the work of official delegations in the peace talks.
