ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the significance of requiring schools to teach sex education. She asserts that teaching sex education will make a difference to irresponsible teenage pregnancies. She also stresses that sex education should be taught as a component of relationships. Furthermore, she states that parents should encourage their children to put the physical act within the context of appropriate and positive relationships.
