The author reflects on the achievements of the TripAdvisor web site. He discusses the significance of TripAdvisor and other travel-related web sites to the lodging industry. According to the author, traveler feedback sites offer hotels an opportunity to continue positive public dialogue and heed legitimate criticism and correct the cause of those comments.
