ABSTRACT
The article presents a profile of Poland describing its geography and people. It states that the country, whose capital city is Warsaw, is officially known as the Republic of Poland. Covering an area of 312,683 square kilometers, its terrain is primarily flat, except for a mountain range that can be viewed along its southern border.
