ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the armed forces of Lesotho. The country's security force is composed of the Lesotho Defense Force (LDF) and the Lesotho Mounted Police Service. The LDF answers to the Prime Minister while the Lesotho Mounted Police Service reports to the Minister of Home Affairs.
