ABSTRACT
Chapter 4 of the book "Howard "The Professor" Lederer, 2007" is presented. It focuses on the career success of Howard Lederer as a poker player. Lederer had spent all of 2002 improving his tournament play. In November, he saw the results when he joined and won in the World Poker finals. Howard took the competition down, beating other world-class professionals like five-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winners Layne Flack and Phil Ivey, to claim the $320,400 grand prize. It was the largest tournament prize Howard had ever earned.
