ABSTRACT
Chapter 4 of the book "Phil "Tiger Woods of Poker" Ivey" is presented. Television producer Steven Lipscomb started the World Poker Tour (WPT). Like most of poker's top professionals, when the WPT began, Phil Ivey was there. On November 17, 2002, he made his mark on the tour by battling to a fourth-place finish in the $10,000 No Limit Hold'em Main Event at the World Poker Finals.
