ABSTRACT
In the article, the author explains immigration issues in the U.S. as of late November 2014, particularly how an individual can secure a green card. He claims that a person should prove that he/she was inspected and approved by an immigration officer at the port of entry so that his/her status can be changed. He also tackles the case of people entering without inspection (EWI) and the ruling by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) on inspection and admission.
