Pyongyang warns Seoul of possible disruption of planned north-south high-level talks

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The authorities of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) have expressed their fears over the likelihood of high-level talks with South Korea not taking place because of provocations on the part of Seoul, according to a statement issued by the North Korean delegation to the talks, circulated by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA)
