ABSTRACT
MICHAEL Noonan is on the brink of brokering a deal with the Troika that will see €18billion of our €22billion in borrowings from the IMF restructured, saving €300million a year. Taoiseach Enda Kenny said in Cork yesterday afternoon: 'I have had confirmation from Michael Noonan that the EuroGroup has unanimously supported Ireland's refinancing of IMF loans of about €18billion which will be completed over a period of time in tranches of €6billion.
