ABSTRACT
Methods for the assessment of structural changes in the development of innovative chemical enterprises were considered. The structural changes of chemical enterprises were detailed descripted under the influence of an external environment. An optimistic assessment of external environmental factors was put forward and the absolute and relative indicators of structural changes were formulated. Modified quantitative factors were determined and the influence of structural changes on the efficiency of the chemical industry.
