The article focuses on the life stages of an organization. It is stated that challenges and opportunities are included in each stage in an organization and there is no safe stage in which an organization does not face challenges. It is mentioned that the founding board is motivated to hire staff to run the day-to-day aspects of the organization by the challenges of continuing high levels of involvement.
