The article focuses on Indiana's need for a workforce with higher educational attainment, particularly the people who were interested in terms of Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) degrees. Topics discussed include the development of college graduates, the competitiveness in bachelor's degrees for the 18-24 age group, and the place-making in the state.
