ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a report from the U.S. Energy Information Administration regarding the continuous decline of average retail pump prices for diesel and gasoline in the country as of July 29, 2014. The agency reported a 1.1 cents decrease in diesel and 5.4 cents decrease in gasoline. In addition, the agency also noted that U.S. refineries have been processing high volumes of oil as of date.
