GOP hits border funding plan

Senate Republicans said they'll resist Pres. Obama's $3.7 bil plan to address the crisis of unaccompanied minors crossing the border in droves. Sen. John McCain said the bill doesn't dispel the idea "that if they come here they can stay." The GOP blames the crisis on Obama's program allowing people up to age 30 who came to the U.S. as minors before '11 to avoid deportation.
