ABSTRACT
The article discusses how online social network Twitter deals with the level of abuse on a daily basis, how Twitter staff are trained to cope with it, and what life's really like behind the social media accounts of the household names. It is said that the 140-character limit that Twitter allows makes the platform a particularly tough way to manage difficult customers.
