ABSTRACT
The article reports that an agreement has been signed by a Chinese university near the North Korean border to help develop the Rason free trade zone in northeastern North Korea. Yonhap News agency has reported that Yanbian University in Jilin province will train North Korean workers and officials and provide technological and legal services to the Rason Economic and Trade Zone under the accord that was signed on June 4, 2014.
