ABSTRACT
Instructional technology, education and training in order to use the basic features and where, when and how to use must be well known. In addition, all teachers teaching technology in order to effectively use must be equipped with the necessary technical information. Today, students meet with technology at an early age and knows how to exploit the technology they use technology that can be easily processed with teachers prefer to lecture. The purpose of this research, working in Hakkari province, primary and secondary school teachers, instructional technology for effective use in the course was to determine the opinion. In the study, teachers' use of instructional technologies opinion about the aim of determining a questionnaire was developed and survey the scope of the terms of validity to ensure that all relevant studies were examined and the current elementary and secondary education programs screened, teachers use the expected instructional technologies are identified. In the study, teachers whiteboards, textbooks and computers benefit the most from that, some materials in school because it is not or is defective they can not use, as well as 10 years or more seniority of teachers with 1 -3 years teachers with more frequently than teaching technologies as they use results have been achieved.
