ABSTRACT
The article offers several tips on how to maximize interaction with customers through social media for benefitting coffee industry. The tips discussed include selecting a particular type of social network such as Facebook, Google Plus and Yelp, developing a specific content strategy, and selecting the right trained person to handle social media. Also included are other tips such as not being a perfectionist all the time, defining specific goals and enjoying while working.
