ABSTRACT
The article discusses the efforts of the Waukegan Public Library (WPL) in Waukegan, Illinois and the Denver Public Library (DPL) in Denver, Colorado to reach out to Latinos in the community. Topics discussed include the different library services offered to Latinos, collaborations between the libraries and other community agencies to provide services, and the increase in library patronage that has resulted from the programs and outreach.
