The article offers the author's insights regarding her experience being an HIV clinician and various HIV treatment program worldwide. Topics discussed include their administration of antiretrovirals (ARVs) where she passed the HIV Management Diploma examination, the ARV programs provided in South Africa, and approaches they need to do to provide solutions on HIV such as assuring that patients would not turned away from clinics based on their nationality.
