ABSTRACT
The creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity is one of key strategic factors of sustainable socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus. In the recent years, there have been positive changes in socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus in the field of determining the rules of conduct aimed at improving the business climate and increase the investment attractiveness of the state. Today there is intensive work on the improvement of the legislation regulating entrepreneurial activity in order to create more favorable conditions for business development, including the direction of optimization of accounting of economic activity of individual entrepreneurs.
