ABSTRACT
The aim of the article is the analysis of the organizational learning mechanism and the identification of factors that support organizational learning processes in Impel Business Solutions Llt. The research was based on the literature studies and the interview with knowledge management manager in this company. As a result of literature studies and analysis of empirical data the learning capability in Impel Business Solutions Llt. was identified.
