5 Sec'y of State John Kerry warned that the U.S. role in Israeli-Palestinian peace talks wasn't open-ended and that it was "reality-check time" for negotiators, after moves by both parties threatened the peace process. Israel canceled a planned release of Palestinian prisoners after Palestinian leaders pushed for further U.N. recognition.
