Kerry plots course for peace

The Sec'y of State slated a diplomatic visit to the Mideast for New Year's Day to help Israel and the Palestinians move forward on negotiating a final peace agreement. A State Dept. official said, however, that no "big breakthrough" should be expected to result right away from John Kerry's efforts.
