ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a resolution passed by the Unites Nation's (UN) disarmament committee in New York for multilateral negotiations of nuclear disarmament. Topics discussed include that September 26 will be considered as the International Day for total elimination of nuclear weapons, approval of the resolution by UN General Assembly First Committee and role of nuclear arsenals in reductions of weapons. As per European diplomats, step by process of working is not credible.
