ABSTRACT
The article presents a situation on the basis of which Thomson Holidays has been selected as the best travel agency by the periodical "Travel Weekly" in its mystery shopping contest. As mentioned, the mystery shopper selects the best agency on the basis of various aspects including product knowledge, customer service and internal appearance. Various agencies that were tested includes Thomas Cook Ltd., John Proctor Travel and Thomson Holidays.
