ABSTRACT
The article reports on the request for proposal (RFP) released by the New Mexico Employees' Retirement Association (PERA) for discretionary investment management services for a global tactical multi-asset allocation. It is stated that the potential mandate size to be awarded to managers is 150-300 million U.S. dollars. PERA's previous strategic asset allocation targets are also mentioned.
