ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the legal and regulatory framework for effective organization and operation of the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund (NSWF) in the global markets. It discusses the benefits and purpose of investment in the sovereign wealth funds under the analysis of the structures and operation of NSWF investment universe rules. It informs that the hybrid system impacts the market-based transnational rule of international law development.
