The article discusses Nielsen Co.'s quarterly Global AdView Pulse report, which revealed that global advertising spending continued to grow at a modest rate, while spending on online display advertisements is showing double-digit growth. The report also revealed that Latin America was at the top of growth chart with 13.1% advertising spending, followed by Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
