ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a debate made by Annette Brooke, British politician, following a report released by Paul Vodden, the chief executive of national charity 4Children, as per which the implementation of anti-bullying policies outside the school gates in England had been slow. The report further noted that many local agencies failed to work together.
