The article focuses on the legal cases and controversies affected by social media like Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin. It states the affects of tweeting, blogging and other social networking sites on the professional life of lawyers. Various cases discussed include jurisdictions of Polk County, Florida on August 8, 2012 and Christopher Shane Dellinger of West Virginia for four felonies in 2008 and further discusses the impact of social media on the profession.
